The Glen House, NH – Feb. 5 – 10, 2023 – Car Trip

Reminder: Any rooms in our reserved block that have not been booked by Jan. 6 will be released. Only 2 rooms have been booked so far and we need at least 5 to retain our group rate. For complete details about the trip see the November newsletter. Reservation information appears below.

Request: Please read the information below and make a decision soon. If you would like to go but need either a ride or a roommate let us know when you reply to this message. Please let me know before the holidays if you definitely will go, will not go or are hoping to get a ride or roommate.

Rooms: We have a choice of rooms with either one or two queen beds. The rate is $150.82 including tax, regardless of how many people use the room, up to a limit of 4 people in a 2-bed room. The rooms have mini refrigerators. Our group rate does not include any meals but the hotel restaurant serves breakfast every day and will be serving dinner on 3 of the nights we are there.

Meals: We can eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant and order from the regular menu. There is a nice variety of choices and a wide range of prices. The restaurant will also be serving dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during the week we are there. Several other restaurants within a 15 minute drive offer a variety of cuisines.

Reservations: Call 1-603-466-3420. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of the Long Island Cross Country Ski Club. A one-night deposit is required.If you are sharing a room, one person should make the reservation for both of you and provide your roommate’s name. If you cannot stay for all 5 nights but can stay for at least 3 nights you will still be charged at the group rate. Cancellations: If you cancel up to 48 hours before the arrival date (and before 3 PM) you will be charged $30, any later than that you will lose your first night deposit.
